Easy print pdf slow

I get better results trying out different pdf viewer software. Host server CPU and memory usage are both very low so it's not an issue there. And the kicker is that it happens to users remotely and internally, so it doesn't seem like a bandwidth issue either. The host server is updated with all the latest critical updates.
