Short a word games

My Six, who was also reluctant to learn to read, actually begged for more matching games. Just cut index cards in half and write a match on each half. Drawing is just not one of my gifts. So I created this simple game on my computer. The download has 16 different matching games.

Grab two Do-a-Dot markers or a set of pair of crayons or markers in two different colors. Power magnets work if you put the game on a magnetic baking sheet. Take turns reading a word on the board.
