The blinds took about a month to be made and shipped. The best part is that the same person that measured the blinds came back to install them. He was familiar with all of the windows since he had taken the measurements. He installed them in just minutes. They do provide perfect privacy, while letting in light during the day. They raise and lower very smoothly with no cords that hang down. I highly recommend them.

The whole experience was very pleasant and the installer was very professional. Based on my first experience with the company I would definitely be willing to try their other products. She advised me exactly how to measure myself to make sure the treatments would fit. November 15, I have multiple versions of their window coverings: wooden slat blinds, cellular shades and have had minimal problems with my orders.

I had to call in on a warranty issue for a relatively new cellular blind and was helped out by several people. One was Anthony, who created the original work order and started the ball rolling. She was absolutely pleasant and delightful to have as a customer service agent!

While I was talking to her, there were some slowdowns on the computer and there was a details she had to recreate. While while I was waiting, instead of putting me on hold, we chatted a bit and she made me fell like a really valued customer.

Angela was able to help me get a replacement blind for the one that was broken, and was efficient and knowledgeable about the system and her computer, so that is really important. Turns out she has been with the company 20 years! WOW, that is impressive in itself. November 11, I actually met her when I called to discontinue their catalog. I had an unresolved problem and was ready to "break-up" with them when she inquired why I wanted to cancel.

The fact she was even interested made me feel like I mattered. With the most positive, friendly and refreshing demeanor, she worked on helping me with fixing an older order I had practically written off. The customer service she provided was more that outstanding.
